The Mustang stopwatch app is perfect for interval timing, turning your device into a clock, and expressing yourself with color.
Mustang's stopwatch function can be used to time just about anything. It's great at interval timing; when you need to time how long you perform an activity for and how many times you've performed it. The unique lap counter changes position on the screen to clearly indicate that you're timing something new. You can pause the stopwatch when you need to stop your activity and then resume it when you're ready to continue where you left off. The stopwatch follows the orientation of your device so when you choose to rotate your device Mustang rotates too.
The onscreen appearance of Mustang is up to you; when the app starts you can tap on the time to show just the clock or tap on the stopwatch value to show just it, or you can display both. You can choose whether the clock is large or small. You can also choose the color you want for the background and the text.
There are two menu buttons at the bottom of the app one on the left and one on the right. The left-side menu button opens Mustang's color changing tool that allows you to choose the color of the app's text as well as the background colors for the clock, stopwatch, and menu buttons. The left-side menu button will open the Color Change Tool. Sliding your finger up and down the color bars will change the color of the text when have a checkmark in the 'Text' checkbox at the bottom of the tool and will change the background colors when you place a checkmark in the 'Bkgd' checkbox. When you have the colors that you like click on the 'Save' button at the bottom left so that Mustang will use your colors when you open that app in the future.
The right-side menu button allows you to toggle on and off the following:
"Desk Clock': This feature is used when you want to de-clutter your device's screen. It sets the clock to a smaller size and enables your device's auto-rotation function (you can choose to disable this separately). You can hide the stopwatch by tapping on the clock so that your screen shows only the time and date.
"Auto-rotate": This can be used to toggle your device's auto-rotation function on or off.
"Screenlight": This causes Mustang's display to turn white and allows you to use your device's screen as a flashlight. To turn the Screenlight off simply tap the 'Turn screenlight off' button that will appear in the middle of the screen
"Fullscreen": This can be used to hide your device's status bar shown at the top of your screen. Tapping this button again will return the status bar to being shown.
"Progress Bar": Turning this on will display a progress bar at the top of the stopwatch value that will fill in from left to right each second the stopwatch counts. Tapping this button again will hide this progress bar.
"Exit Mustang": Tapping this will close the Mustang app.
